What is Juicing?

Juicing is a process that removes the fibrous part of fruit and vegetables, leaving only the juice, which contains most of the vitamins and minerals needed to be at an optimal level of health. It cleanses the body of toxins, which is very important for our bodies, minds and spirit.
Green Juice Recipe:
6 Kale Leaves
1 Cucumber
4 Celery Stalks
2 Green Apples
1/2 Lemon (peeled)
1 piece of ginger
